  It's 2:46 in the afternoon, and i'm in a good mood. I'm in a good mood because it's time for me and all the other kids that live in Marbleton, our little community/neighboorhood, to leave and get on our early bus. And everyone else has to stay there and bore themselves to death for another 14-and-a-half minutes. The reason we leave early is because Marbleton is a long drive out, and we want, and technically have to, be home at a decent hour. We used to actually have our own teeny tiny school.  But because of financial stuff, it shut down, and Grater Hills K-8 school was the only other school closest to our area. I fall asleep about the second my mother leaves. But however, I wake up to a knock on the door. I get off the couch (presumably for the first time today), and answer it. I look up at the clock. It's 1:30, and Nana should be home any second. I'm still laying on the couch. My nose isn't as stuffy as it was before, and my throat has eased down a bit. I sit up, and adjust my glasses. I wrap myself tighter in my fleece blanket. I then lean my head back, and enjoy the quiet.
